Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on each product page.
Domestic orders are shipped via Yamato Transport, while international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, and qualifying orders are eligible for free shipping.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and returned with all original tags and accessories.
Return shipping costs for customer-initiated returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Sale items, pre-order items, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
