Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if requested within 7 days of delivery.

Returns or exchanges sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, we will offer a replacement or refund.

In such cases, return shipping and reshipping costs will be covered by DISCOVERED.

If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Returns and Exchanges for Customer Reasons

Returns or exchanges requested for customer reasons, including size or color changes, are accepted only if requested within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a return and refund may be offered instead.

Return shipping costs for customer-requested returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

・Items that have been washed, dry-cleaned, altered, or repaired
・Items missing original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories

・Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.

Return Conditions

International Orders

For international orders, returns and exchanges are also accepted if requested within 7 days of delivery.
