Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Order Processing
In-stock items are generally shipped within 3 business days after an order is placed.
For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date stated on the product page.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Important Notes
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, extended absence, refusal of delivery, or any other customer-related reason, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
For international shipments returned due to customer-related reasons, additional return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may be charged to the customer.
Any loss, theft, or damage occurring after shipment will be handled in accordance with the policies of the respective carrier.
