We offer shipping within Japan as well as international shipping.
Available international destinations can be confirmed during checkout.

Please note that shipping may not be available to certain countries or regions.

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country or region.

Delivery Time

Generally 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and local delivery conditions.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), customs clearance fees, and any other charges incurred for international shipments.

These charges may be collected upon delivery or billed separately by the carrier.

DISCOVERED is not responsible for, and has no control over, these charges.

Order Processing

In-stock items are generally shipped within 3 business days after an order is placed.

For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date stated on the product page.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Important Notes

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, extended absence, refusal of delivery, or any other customer-related reason, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

For international shipments returned due to customer-related reasons, additional return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may be charged to the customer.

Any loss, theft, or damage occurring after shipment will be handled in accordance with the policies of the respective carrier.
