Changes or cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form.

Please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been shipped. If you wish to return an item after delivery, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

In-stock items are generally shipped within 2–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date stated on the product page.

We are unable to accept requests for a specific delivery date or time. Once your order has been shipped, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that pre-order items and products that cannot be returned to their original condition after opening are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International Shipping

Yes. We offer international shipping. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
